About Kerry Arias

Kerry is deeply ingrained her community. She is involved in the school systems, supports local businesses, and has spent years forging personal and professional relationships with its residents and vendors. She brings an unmatched level of expertise and enthusiasm to an industry that demands both.

Work/life balance is a crucial key to Kerry’s success, and when she is not communicating thoroughly on behalf of her clients, she is likely with her family at the home she shares with her husband, Marcos, their 2 teenagers, and adorable Shih Tzu, Ella. She knows firsthand the importance of finding the perfect home, and in having the opportunity to build the ideal lifestyle for one’s family, in a place where they can feel safe and secure.

Her professional passion, however, has always been fueled by an innate desire to provide excellent customer service, sharing experiences that can benefit the company and individual professionals alike. She believes that integrity is essential for delivering service, guidance, and results. Her leadership and influence, as well as her keen people skills and acumen, have already contributed to an incredibly successful and distinguished career path, one that will continue to expand and inspire for years to come.
